This plan is a combination of our fitness (fat-loss) and muscle gain meal plans. You’ll get an energizing high protein and carb meal for lunch, and a low/zero carb meal for dinner. This will help you lose fat and build muscle.
Meals are pre-selected our you can build your own.
Portion size is 300g. (not 220g and 280g as indicated below)
