The mint provides a fresh morning wake-up call. Healthy and exciting.
1 melon, seeds removed, and cut into small pieces or balls
1 apple, cored, and thinly sliced
250 gram grapes, halved
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
⅓ cup chopped fresh mint, plus additional mint for garnish
Combine all the fruit and toss. Just before serving, add the mint and toss again. Garnish with mint sprigs.
